it just occurred to me, what if...

but the f is coming a few weeks too early this time.
there really IS something wrong with my threshold for un-sleep
i think i should be able to tolerate much more?
perhaps it's just a signal, for me to rest well, before something like last year happens again.
i still can't believe it's been one year
and how much i've (not) changed since then.
and tbh, i'm really kinda afraid.
